The wick is the engine of your candle and to ensure your candles burn correctly, it is essential to trim candle wicks and remove any debris or 'mushrooms' from the wick before lighting. This part of your candle care routine will reduce soot build up, resulting in a clean, steady flame.

  • We hope that you'll love and enjoy our candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Please email us for assistance and advice support@sunnyhoneycandle.co and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

     

    We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damaged may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 


    You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same value within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

    If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.

  • Collection

    If you are local to Petersfield or Chichester you may collect your candle directly from us.

     

    Shipping

    We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed and will send a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.

     

    All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 working days. Cost is based on the size & weight of shipment. A guide of costs enclosed below:

    - Wax Hives, Tealights & Candle Trimmers: £1.40

    - One Candle: £3.45

    - More than one candle: £5.75

     

    Packaging

    All of our packaging is from recycled materials and  we strive to keep our use of plastic to a minimum. Any plastic we do use has been recycled from our suppliers deliveries and we urge you to try and do the same to extend its life away from the landfil.
